CAPT Advantages

With its rigorous curriculum, CAPT offers several advantages over the traditional flight training experience. From the first week when CAPT's domestic students are exposed to an airline-style Indoctrination class to the capstone Pilot-in-Command type rating course the program completely immerses students in a 12 - 14 month long airline training environment. For CAPT's international students, the international curriculum exceeds all the flight requirements for conversion to home nation certification and lays a strong knowledge base for the written portion of licensing.

The key advantage for domestic CAPT students is the accelerated development of Aeronautical Decision Making (ADM) and technical skills. This gives CAPT graduates a head start during Initial Training and Initial Operating Experience at their new hire courses at the regional airlines. CAPT is proud that an astonishing 98% of hired graduates have successfully completed their new hire training and are "flying the line" for their respective airlines.
