Jet Transition Course

For those pilots who have already invested significant time and money achieving their Commercial Pilot's Certificate with Instrument and Multi-Engine ratings, CAPT offers two jet transition courses that are specifically designed to take a General Aviation pilot to the next level. The 10-week jet familiarization course offers a package of multi-engine flying in CAPT's all glass PA-44; an intensive jet ground school designed to immerse a student in airline operations, jet systems and Flight Management System (FMS) operations; and 24 hours of profiles in CAPT's Level 6 Flight Training Device. The 18-week PIC type-rating course includes the same package as the familiarization course plus the full type-rating course that CAPT's ab initio students complete.

Each course will provide the finishing touches that the regional airlines demand from airline applicants and will provide graduates with the edge they need to complete Initial Training and IOE.
